💬 Client Texting PREMIUM

Text clients from a dedicated business number — from your PC or phone, with ARIA drafting onto your desk and full conversation history on each client. Connect your own Twilio account: create the account, buy a Canadian number (~$1.50/mo), then paste the three values below from your Twilio Console home page. Reminder: Canadian anti-spam law (CASL) — only text clients who have agreed to hear from you.

📞 Calls from this PC

Call clients from the Communications card on any record, on the same Twilio line. Calls are recorded and turned into text on the file; the audio is not kept unless you say so. The first call sets up a calling app and an API key on your Twilio account automatically. Chrome will ask for the microphone once.

What they hear before you're connected

After a one-second pause so the line settles. Leave blank for ARIA's wording: "Hi, this is Aria, Trung Le's assistant. Trung is calling you right now. I'll take the notes, so this call is recorded. Here's Trung." You can use {agent}, {first} and {brokerage}.

Number they see (caller ID)

Your Twilio number shows up as just the province on many phones — that's the phone company's name lookup, not something Twilio can change for Canadian numbers. Showing your own cell instead means clients who have you saved see your name. Twilio confirms it once: it rings your cell and you type in the code it reads.

🎙 ARIA's Voice

The name follows the voice — pick Orion and he answers as "Orion, your assistant" on calls, texts, and email. In-app voice switches on save. Phone + texting pick up the new voice AND name after you untick + re-tick 🛎 below (one quick test call after); email does the same after flipping 📧 off/on once. EVE is the office clown: robot voice in the app, but phone callers hear Aria (real robot audio isn\'t possible on the phone line).

One-time Gmail setup: Gmail → Settings → Forwarding → Add forwarding address → → Gmail emails a confirmation — ARIA texts you the code — enter it, then choose “Forward a copy” + “keep Gmail’s copy”. From then on she reads and answers your email around the clock, and texts you what she did. She never touches contracts, prices, or anything sensitive — those come to you.

When on: clients texting your business line get an instant reply from ARIA (she NEVER schedules, quotes, or commits — she relays), and you get a heads-up text on your Agent Cell. Works 24/7, even with the app closed.

🔐 Encrypt my workspace NEW

Locks every contact, note, deal and saved credential behind a passphrase — on this device and in your Google Drive backup. The key is made on your machine and never sent anywhere, so a leaked Drive file or a stolen laptop is unreadable noise. The trade: nobody can recover it for you — not Genesis Arc, not Google. You get a recovery code to print before it turns on.

⏱ Lock when I walk away

Different from the Privacy Screen: that blurs the display behind your 4-digit code and keeps everything loaded. This drops the encryption key — the workspace is genuinely closed until the passphrase goes back in.

💻 Trusted devices

Every device you told to remember you. Revoke one and it is locked out the next time it opens Genesis Arc online. If a device is truly lost, change your passphrase as well — that is the only cut-off that works even if the thief stays offline.

📦 Export my data

Everything — listings, buyers, contacts, notes, clauses, CMAs, ARIA's memory — in one plain JSON file, decrypted, whether or not encryption is on. No key needed to open it. Attachments stay as files in your Drive folder; keep the two together for a full archive.

🛡 ARIA's guard log

ARIA answers email and texts while your laptop is closed. This is her record of every time she refused an instruction someone tried to give her, withheld or redacted a reply, or hit an AI limit. Empty is the good outcome.

🔒 Privacy Screen

Step away and the screen blurs — client data unreadable until your 4-digit code goes back in. Perfect for the washroom break with a colleague nearby. The code lives only on this device.

🎤 "Hey ARIA" wake word

Hands-free: say "Hey ARIA" and she starts listening — no tapping. Works while Genesis is open on screen (browsers switch the mic off when the tab is hidden or the screen locks). Best on desktop and tablet. In the Genesis Arc phone app the wake word is off for now — tap ARIA there to open the Talk screen instead. The mic stream never leaves your browser, and this setting stays on this device only.

🌐 Language

Work in your own language — the AI translates the whole workspace (it knows real-estate terms, so it reads far better than a website translator). Contracts and BC legal forms always stay in English, and ARIA herself still speaks English for now — her full language support is coming in a later update. Each screen translates the first time you see it, then it's instant on this device.

🧠 ARIA's Memory

ARIA quietly remembers the durable things you tell her — preferences, people, how you like to work — so she gets more useful over time. Say "remember …" or "forget …" to manage it by voice. It lives only in your own Google Drive; erase anything here anytime.
